What the job involves

  • As an Implementation Associate (IA) at Anduin, you will be part of a team responsible for owning the client relationship from onboarding through renewal
  • You will work with our team of our Implementation Managers (IM) who are the primary point of contact and trusted advisors to our sophisticated clients and partners
  • If you can stay cool in high-pressure situations while providing best-in-class service and solutioning to some of the most prominent names in Private Equity and Venture Capital, then Anduin may be a great fit for you
  • Work on a team with our IM’s to onboard and build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with Anduin
  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison between clients and the larger Anduin team (Product, Strategy, Engineering, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing)
  • Learn how to teach clients Anduin’s best practices, connecting their goals and challenges with solutions within Anduin’s product suite
  • Directly manage the form update process of our implementation process, which includes managing customer requests and working with our digitization team to ensure successful delivery
  • Participate in demos, training, and ongoing enablement sessions to educate clients on Anduin’s features
  • Assist IM’s in navigating client organizations to deepen existing relationships and uncover additional product and partnership opportunities
  • Drive internal cross-functional project and process initiatives
  • Advocate for your clients and influence the product development roadmap
  • Assist clients with urgent needs and helping usher them to the best solutions across our platform and business
  • Assist in covering the support email inbox, resolving incoming issues as needed

Our take

In the digital age, many sectors want to streamline and adhere to more contemporary practices to scale and boost productivity. Private markets fintech company Anduin has built a product that aims to modernise investment landscapes, enabling users such as VC and private equity firms to digitise documentation and launch funds through a “tailored onboarding experience” for their investors.

The company boasts a new way of investor tracking, as well as the ability to streamline communication with investors, improve data workflows, and more. Having scaled impressively since founding in 2014, Anduin is now a team of over 100, and in 2022 4 percent of all global private markets capital was raised on the platform.

Recently, Anduin closed an impressive funding round that will drive its next phase of growth, focussing on enhancing the functions of the platform and moving beyond onboarding to explore the connection between GPs and their LPs and partners. As it moves to broaden its value, it’ll be interesting to see how the private market further relies on it’s service.
