What the job involves
- The Physical Security Business Partner is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring security related aspects of Bolt operating assets
- Additionally, they will manage stakeholder expectations through monthly data syncs and reporting
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with business operations, projects, products, or initiatives
- Assist the business in evaluating risk factors such as financial, operational, legal, regulatory, reputational, and strategic risks
- Assist the business in developing risk management strategies and recommend proactive measures to mitigate identified risks, including the development and implementation of risk control frameworks
- Monitor and track key risk indicators (KRIs) to assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts and to proactively identify emerging risks
- Prepare and present risk reports and findings to senior management, highlighting key risk exposures, trends, and recommended actions
- Provide guidance and support to business units on risk-related matters, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
