Who you are

  • 6+ years of SaaS sales closing experience with a strong track record of performance
  • 2+ years of Sales Management experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS companies preferred
  • Experience with value selling within a sales-led motion. Formal selling methodology (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Sandler, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong prospecting, Territory/Account planning, and team-selling experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
  • You have the ability to grow rapport and relationships with potential clients

What the job involves

  • The New Business team at Miro is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy, focused on prospecting, developing and closing New Logo deals in our Large Enterprise and Strategic segments
  • As the leader of this team, you will manage and mentor a group of Account Executives to help them with their pipeline generation and closing motions
  • You will be responsible for building a culture of excellence and growth, focused on helping our team achieve New Logo and ARR targets, while also coaching and developing New Business talent to their highest potential
  • You will join a highly motivated, upbeat sales team that takes pride in landing new customers, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a wide base of accounts across various industries
  • The New Business Account Team is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy as you’ll be prospecting, developing and closing the qualified deals for our Enterprise and Strategic teams and set the foundation for success for future expansion and revenue for the company
  • Coach, enable and lead a team of 4-5 Account Executives to help land within the Large Enterprise and Strategic Sales segment (5k+ employees)
  • Help the New Business team prospect, develop, and close qualified New Logo customers
  • Build a culture of excellence around Miro-preferred sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
  • Develop and drive Best Practices across the New Business organization
  • Cultivate a strong culture of coaching and career development to enhance the skills set of their team and encourage future career progression

Tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams already provide remote communication platforms to millions of users, but they generally compromise on features required to emulate the team collaboration experience.

Miro has created a platform that provides enterprise tools such as collaborative whiteboards and mind-map software into an accessible and integrated service. As opposed to providing an 'all-in-one' add on, Miro allows businesses to customize and integrate the tools and resources within their individual platform to cater to the team's specific requirements.

Miro’s initial strategy of offering free and discounted subscriptions and then moving to paid models has paid off. The platform currently has over 35 million users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. As part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
