Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence and/or Analytics Manager or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with database management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building executive-level dashboards and full-funnel reporting
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business intelligence
What the job involves
- The Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics will be responsible for leading and managing our business intelligence initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization
- This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
- Lead the Business Intelligence team to develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI requirements and solutions
- Design and implement dashboards to provide actionable insights for our sales and marketing teams
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data governance and quality standards
- Develop new metrics to better measure the performance of the business
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and trends to ensure the company utilizes the best tools and practices
- Train and support staff on the use of BI tools and data-driven decision-making
- Manage BI projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BI team
