Who you are
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of industrialization processes, agile methods, gitflow, and general DevOps practices combined with good system knowledge
- Experience with high-availability production environments

- You must have a strong customer service culture which is essential for being close to the customers
- Understanding their daily operations and supporting them through change is a crucial quality for the success of those transformation
What the job involves
- As an SRE in VeepeeTech you will be a part of the transversal SRE community and at the same time integrate an agile product team
- You will ensure the system’s reliability and scalability, apply DevOps practices and share knowledge within the SRE community by taking the ownership of the main automation and deployment processes
- You will also support team members with the technical challenges they might face and assure the smooth communication on the functional level
- Implement deployment tools and industrialization processes (CI/CD, blue/green, canary, rollback, etc.)
- Automate the provisioning of resilient infrastructure that meets product needs
- Work with development teams to facilitate regular production releases
- Maintain services in operational conditions, analyze and resolve anomalies related to performance and scalability (load tests) of current and historical deployments
- Supervise the application park in collaboration with the Network Operations Center (MOM), manage access and security
- Evangelize on DevOps best practices and participate in building a true cross-sectional SRE community within Veepee
