Who you are

  • With a solid understanding of web technologies and a keen eye for design, you will help create user-friendly web experiences that enhance our online presence
  • You should have a passion for coding, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to contribute to impactful web solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in web development
  • Experience with Marketo and WordPress
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like Bootstrap
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web service technologies (APIs, JSON)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Figma and experience with Knak and other WYSIWYG editors
  • Experience with database management and SQL
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a dynamic Junior Web Developer to join our marketing team
  • The ideal candidate will assist in building and maintaining websites, implementing new design features, and supporting various marketing initiatives
  • You will report to the Senior Manager of Web Development and be part of a two-person team within the Marketing Operations department
  • Assist the web development team with all aspects of website and application design
  • Implement new web features and design updates based on feedback and requirements from the marketing team
  • Conduct testing and maintenance of backend and frontend applications
  • Convert multimedia elements (video, audio, graphics) into web-compatible formats
  • Monitor website performance and use user feedback to identify and correct issues
  • Create HTML emails, manage content updates, and support other online marketing activities
  • Integrate web forms and manage data collection for marketing campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest web development and digital marketing trends
