Role
Who you are
- At least 5 years professional experience in accounting, financial services, audit, or a comparable position in a top-tier accounting / advisory firm
- Excellent technical accounting (HGB, IFRS) knowledge, including experience with group reporting / consolidation
- Experience in the financial services / banking sector or a Fintech will be a plus
- Self starter with the drive to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, high-growth organisation
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex accounting topics succinctly

- We facilitate a smart corporate and financial strategy with technical expertise across accounting, regulatory, tax and strategic financial planning & analysis, allowing Trade Republic to make educated decisions at every step
- This is a senior role in our accounting organisation and a unique opportunity to be a key contributor in a dynamic environment
- Be responsible for a broad range of tasks from helping us to build new products to shaping our group accounting policies and procedures (HGB, IFRS, RechKredV)
- Own the development of our accounting standards and procedures as well as group-level disclosure
- Be the face of Accounting when working closely with stakeholders across the company and external auditors
