Who you are

  • We’re looking for someone with a near-native level of French (C2 level) AND fluent in English (C1 level)
  • Intermediate to Expert level: 4+ years of sales experience in Inbound & Outbound B2B SaaS Sales (100% autonomous at executing Sales)
  • At least one successful year (100%+ quota attainment) as an Account Executive Mid-Market/Enterprise managing complex deals, multi-threading with different stakeholders & departments including C-level (1k+ employees; ACV = 20k-100k; sales cycle = 6-12 months)
  • Experience in Land and expand motion (prospecting, closing, expanding and renewing contracts)
  • A hunter mentality, always prospecting mindset and thinking about building your pipeline
  • Startup experience: from Seed to Series B - Self-starter/desire to deal with an unstructured environment (with a lot to build); used to a fast-moving and fast-changing environment
  • Excellent communication and near-native level of French (C2 level). Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • Alignment with our values: you have a strong sense of ownership, you are pragmatic & you are at ease to give and receive feedback (while not taking yourself too seriously!)
  • You are based in France, the UK or Germany, and you live maximum 4h away from Paris by train (so that you can easily come to Paris to meet with leads and customers) - or willing to relocate
  • You are comfortable working remotely

What the job involves

  • You’ll be the sole Account Executive fully dedicated to the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment (1k+ employees; ACV = 20k-100k; sales cycle = 6-12 months)
  • You’ll work in collaboration with Virgile (CEO), Chloé (Sales), Rebecca (Sales) and our future SDR (to be hired) to acquire and grow Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts (mostly in France, but also some international clients in Europe)
  • Land and expand: due to the types of accounts, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing, expanding and renewing contracts. The scope will evolve and maybe narrow over time, but for now, you own the full cycle
  • Team: liaise with the CSM team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our clients
  • Product roadmap: you’ll leverage clients' feedback to suggest new product features. You’ll identify customer needs and work closely with the product team to add them to our roadmap
