Role
Who you are
- Your Analytical in your approach to select the right experiments, analysis, and metrics to be able to reach clear and reliable conclusions
- You’re confident at writing data code in SQL
- You have a track record of turning data into meaningful insights that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
- You’re creative in building interactive and story-telling dashboards using a visualization tool such as PowerBI
- You’re a Growth mindset individual, with a desire to continuously learn and support colleagues with varying experience in analytics and advise on best practices
- You’re skilled in leveraging different types of qualitative and quantitative customer insights (e.g., NPS, session recordings, heatmaps)
- You have experience with a product analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap Analytics, MixPanel, or similar – though this is desirable and not essential
What the job involves
- You will be a data champion for our business units, providing analytic insights across Product, Business and Data Governance
- You will build working relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements, build solutions, and influence their decisions based on the data you provide
- Define KPIs for business and product success and identify their drivers
- Develop an understanding of your customer and business needs and articulate how the data analysis addresses these
- Structure and analyse data from different sources to derive meaningful insights and enable decisions
- Work with a diverse group of stakeholders (e.g. designers, product managers) to ensure data analysis are supporting a common goal
- Present clear data-driven conclusions to non-technical stakeholders
- Use web and product analytics tools such as Heap Analytics to deliver insights
