Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of launching and marketing software products to a business audience
  • Experience in scaling products and expanding into new markets, both in terms of geographies and industry verticals
  • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data, test outcomes, and implement successful strategies
  • Familiarity with the sales process and the ability to create sales enablement materials that drive conversions
  • Active listening and research skills to understand customer needs and market trends
  • Communication Skills:

  • You’re a self-starter who excels in an autonomous role, taking ownership of your work and driving results with little supervision

  • As the Product Marketing Manager at Workwize, your primary goal will be to drive product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth by effectively positioning our offerings in the market
  • You will be responsible for translating product features into clear, compelling benefits that address customer pain points
  • Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape our product positioning and develop impactful sales collateral to support every stage of the sales funnel
