Who you are

  • You must be a builder at heart with the ability to implement and influence change at an organizational level
  • 5+ years of digital ads experience ideally at a social media platform
  • 7-10+ years of enablement, learning design, sales or consulting experience
  • Track record of successfully leading data-driven enablement programs that drive revenue growth and/or successful learning design aimed at revenue teams
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, in unfamiliar parts of the business, and quickly understand the experience of individuals/roles, identify what matters to them, and be able to gain buy-in and influence their actions
  • Experience creating well-written, scalable learning content
  • Experience developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences using user-centered design principles
  • Strong aptitude for clearly articulating messages and high adaptive listening
  • Experience building an integrated sales tooling ecosystem (Gong, Salesforce, Highspot, Business Intelligence and internal tools)
  • Experience with sales methodologies (i.e. Challenger)
  • Experience with learning design principles and methodologies

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for an accomplished Sr. Sales Enablement Program Manager to help uplevel the effectiveness and efficiency of our global sales teams through integrated systems, tools, and processes
  • You will be a senior individual contributor on a team that exists to build, deliver, and measure revenue-generating enablement programs that give our audiences the competence and confidence they need to thrive in their careers
  • We strive to create data-driven programs that are innovative, relevant, and impactful and that drive success for Reddit, our customers, and partners
  • We will develop and consistently improve sales performance through data-driven insights, new and improved tooling, performance analysis and competency development
  • Your focus will be to partner with stakeholders to increase sales performance, enable managers to coach and improve seller performance, and identify process and tooling gaps to deploy efficient and effective solutions
  • Core to these endeavors will be leading the enablement strategy for our ads platform, co-designing our future sales process and engagement models, and leading the charge for standardization and simplification of high-leverage sales activities, including pod operating models and account planning and strategy motions
  • In this role, you will report to Reddit's Director of Sales & Partner Performance (SPP)
  • In this role, you will drive the strategy to shape Reddit’s sales process and programs for scale
  • Become a subject matter expert on how sales and account management are executed at Reddit across the globe
  • Curate relationships with senior executives in sales, marketing, operations, and product to be able to translate varying expertise into digestible learning content for our sellers
  • Become the go-to person within Reddit to translate complex and technical topics into simple and easily understood explanations and training materials
  • Identify learning gaps and patterns in our global salesforce using tools at scale (i.e. Ads Manager, Gong, Salesforce, Highspot, AI tools)
  • Develop training (both live and eLearning) that addresses gaps and ties directly to revenue impact
  • Partner with stakeholders to build and maintain Sales Performance Competency Models that deconstruct performance expectations (outcomes to achieve and outputs to produce) for each GTM role the enablement team supports
  • Enable an intervention checklist to ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are in place to enable all performance expectations
  • Operationalize a performance audit process for enablement and sales managers to analyze performance problems and systematically troubleshoot to identify the most efficient and effective solutions to address performance discrepancies
  • Standardize the approach to quantify performance improvement potential upon identifying and prioritizing performance problems or new initiatives
