Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in knowledge management with strong project-driving expertise. SaaS, PLG, or Enterprise background is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • High level of autonomy and handling ambiguity
  • Above-average level of data analysis and reporting
  • Proven success in training a quickly growing team. LMS experience is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions or suggestions

What the job involves

  • Given the current pace and scale, we’re looking for a first-ever Enablement Manager to help Support professionals have access to best practices for making Manychat customers successful
  • You will develop, implement, and manage enablement programs to ensure we’re well-equipped with the content, training, and other resources needed to maximize our goals
  • This role will work closely with our Product and Marketing organizations to streamline how and when Support reps receive relevant information
  • Own the end-to-end enablement motion — from the onboarding of the new hires to the long-term development of tenured employees
  • Design the knowledge ecosystem to improve ticket handling time and leverage technologies where possible to drive higher ROI
  • Run multiple projects simultaneously in an autonomous environment
  • Partner with Product and Marketing functions to keep the Support team informed of product launches and new features
  • Collaborate with Support Operations to define, measure, and report on the effectiveness of enablement investments and programs
  • Empower the Support Leadership with coaching best practices to strengthen their teams and report progress to the Head of Support regularly
