Who you are
- Strong technical understanding of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and related concepts
- Proven experience in distilling complex technical information into clear and concise briefs and content
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with different stakeholders, including tech teams, leadership, and customer support
- Demonstrated experience in writing articles, blog posts, and other forms of content in the crypto field
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- A passion for the crypto industry and a desire to stay updated with the latest trends and developments
What the job involves
- As a Senior Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating comprehensive and engaging content that educates and informs our audience about complex technical topics in the crypto field
- Collaborate with tech teams at Ledger to draft single source of truth documents that facilitate comprehension of technical topics related to the crypto industry
- Gather technical information from various stakeholders and distill it into digestible briefs and well-written content for content writers
- Write articles on a wide range of technical topics in the crypto field, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and engaging storytelling
- Develop help center articles to support customer support teams in addressing common queries and providing comprehensive guidance
- Edit content received from writers, ensuring technical exactitude and adherence to style guidelines
- Assist leadership at Ledger by drafting thought leadership blogs that showcase their expertise in technical topics within the crypto industry
- Conduct thorough research to stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the crypto field
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging

Ledger has grown into one of the world’s largest hardware wallets for digital assets since its 2014 inception, with well over 6 millions of devices sold across the globe. By offering physical devices to store private keys, customers are able to secure their digital assets offline.
The company is attempting to support the continued growth of the crypto eco-system by offering cryptocurrency owners an alternative to storing their assets on an online exchange. There, a simple password breach could cause untold damage.
Ledger’s hardware solution has proven popular with investors, seeing them receive huge funding from 10T Holdings, Cathay Innovation, and Draper Associates to name just a few.
Keen to move on and ensure against any recurrence, Ledger has since secured even more investment, and formed astute partnerships with other big names in the Crypto world, including an integration with Coinbase.
