What the job involves

  • Join HiBob as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and Kickstart Your B2B Software Sales Career!
  • Develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities within your territory
  • Perform outbound calls and engage in various forms of communication (emails, live events, etc.) to identify new opportunities
  • Identify key decision-makers, assess buying readiness, and determine timelines
  • Create account maps and strategies, ensuring high-quality and well-researched opportunities
  • Collaborate with account executives on approaches to new business opportunities
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Salesforce
  • Provide feedback to marketing on effective conversations and content, aiming for continuous improvement
