• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• A passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging solutions
• An innate understanding of the end-to-end design process—from identifying customer needs to delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong visual design craft and prototyping skills
• A starter mentality, going quickly to design in order to workshop solutions and create clarity
• A passion for an iterative process—thinking fast on your feet, coming up with solutions to important challenges, and taking calculated risks
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align teams and stakeholders around a shared vision
• A constructive voice in design critique settings both supports and pushes team members
• The ability to apply both consumer insights as well as product thinking and intuition to inform design decisions and influence the product roadmap
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect the dots across the entire customer journey

• Customer-centric: You know how to balance the needs of customers with those of the business. You understand how to use storytelling and the craft of design to build cross-functional alignment toward a customer centric experience
