Role

Who you are

  • 8-10 yrs experience in total (Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A) with at least 1 year in management
  • Prior FP&A experience in a high-growth, fast paced company (investment banking, consulting, private equity, or Big 4 Accounting, preferably in healthcare or tech)
  • Experience serving as an FP&A business partner to GTM and/or Sales teams is a must
  • Expert understanding of sales and marketing financial metrics, KPIs and GTM return analyses
  • Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns and translate data into conclusions
  • Superior excel and presentation building skills (building forecast models)
  • B2B Saas background or healthcare services background preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, Pigment a plus

What the job involves

  • Reporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A, the Director of GTM (Go-To-Market) Finance will be a strategic partner to the executive team, driving the financial performance and strategy for the company's go-to-market functions
  • In addition to managing their forecasts and providing decision support analysis, this role will be a key member of the FP&A team working collaboratively to help drive holistic process and forecast improvements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Go-to-Market leadership including SVP of Revenue Operations, CMO, and SVP of Sales
  • Lead the GTM reporting suite build-out including efficiency metrics and revenue KPIs that will help drive strategic decision making and support the company’s growth objectives
  • Own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for all GTM functions, including revenue, sales (bookings), marketing, & customer success (upsells). Provide clear and actionable insights to drive performance against key metrics
  • Develop sales capacity plan in collaboration with revenue operations teamIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of GTM FP&A
  • Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and three-year planning processWork cross functionally within FP&A to improve and standardize financial reporting
  • Partner with business leads to translate strategic initiatives and operational goals into a financial outlook
  • Lead a high-performing GTM finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • What success looks like in this role:
  • Trusted finance business partner to GTM Orgs
  • Build out of GTM finance function, reporting suite, and forecasting tools
  • Revenue, S&M OpEx, and Bookings accuracy compared to budget and forecast
  • Focus on developing talent within the finance team & serving as a leader
  • Quarterly reviews of financial performance with key stakeholders and business partners

Spring Health has recently expanded its services to the family and pediatric space through the acquisition of Weldon, offering mental wellness guidance to parents. This expansion includes chats with therapists, social workers, and parenting coaches, as well as group support with other parents and access to educational content. By focusing on personalized care, Spring Health aims to enhance mental wellness support for families alongside its existing employee services.
