Who you are

  • Min. 2yrs experience with Braze (required), incl. knowledge of liquid language, content blocks, canvases and audience paths
  • Experience managing teams/people (preferred)
  • Analytical frame of mind, with experience in data analysis (Excel is a must, familiarity with Tablo/SQL is a plus)
  • High attention to detail

What the job involves

  • You will be owning all customer communications via three primary channels - email, push notifications, SMS. You’ll be expected to:
  • Map and refine customer journeys based on best practices
  • Develop & execute constant A/B testing to optimise conversion (e.g. messaging, subject lines)
  • Build on our existing personalization initiatives & refine targeting
  • Work closely with the Growth team to use CRM levers to improve customer retention & frequency (e.g. by structuring a loyalty program)
  • Use insights from campaign performance data to continually optimise our communications
  • Leverage insights from colleagues in other geographies
  • Liaise with the Tech/Product teams to build out additional features required for targeting (e.g. custom events/attributes)
