What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who’s ready to dive into the world of sales, marketing, and partner success to help drive our company’s growth
  • You’ll be the go-to person for turning numbers into actionable insights, streamlining operations, and ensuring that our revenue engines run smoothly
  • Analytics: Collect, clean, and maintain data from various systems (think CRM, marketing automation, and financial platforms) to make sure everything is accurate and up-to-date
  • Automating: Figure out ways to make yours and everyone else’s lives easier by leveraging automation tools, apps script, ChatGPT, etc. to manage and optimize our CRM and other revenue-related tools, ensuring they evolve as our company grows
  • Reporting: Create reports and dashboards that track key metrics like revenue, sales performance, and marketing success. You’ll also dig into the data to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Process Improvement: Help design and implement processes that make our teams more efficient and effective. Your work will have a direct impact on how smoothly our revenue-generating machines operate
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to align strategies, streamline workflows, and supercharge revenue growth
