What the job involves
- As Sr ServiceNow Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting, developing, and implementing sophisticated ServiceNow applications, collaborating with multi-functional teams to optimize platform performance, and providing technical leadership to ensure the effective utilization of ServiceNow solutions within the organization
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standard methodologies
- Collaborate with partners to collect and analyse requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions that address business needs
- Optimize and maintain the performance of ServiceNow applications, solve issues, and implement enhancements to drive operation efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow updates and emerging technologies, proactive incorporating new features and functionalities into existing systems
- Operate within the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to run secure and scalable code
