Who you are
- 3+ years of experience leading technical programs at scale
- Strong technical background with engineering tools used to traverse the Software Development Lifecycle (Build, Test, Deploy, Operate)
- Familiarity with build systems, software testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with both engineering and non-engineering audiences
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize automation over manual processes
What the job involves
- Robinhood is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to develop and drive high impact programs in Developer Infrastructure
- In this role you will partner with engineering managers to create cross-functional programs that support platforms that enable engineering to move with quality, velocity, and confidence
- Hands on, end-to-end program management from design to delivery
- Provide process and structure for quarterly planning across 6 engineering teams
- Create and analyze quarterly developer surveys
- Collaborate with different engineering teams to solve bottlenecks in engineering quality and velocity
- Build strong relationships with XFN partners on the business side to ensure the alignment of needs and priorities with Engineering initiatives
