Role

Who you are

  • 2-4 years’ experience in Finance, Operations, or Business Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Competency in SQL preferred
  • Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Looker) preferred
  • Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction on multiple endeavors at once

What the job involves

  • The Financial Operations Analyst is responsible for driving transformative change, both within the Finance Operations group as well as the broader Finance team
  • This role will be data driven while gaining an in-depth knowledge of our business that is critical to success
  • This role will report to the Manager, Finance Transformations and Operations, and will frequently interact with our leadership team
  • You will spend 75% of your time focused on pricing analyses and strategies centered around margin predictability. The other 25% of your time will be allocated to transformative projects, with the goal of operationalizing processes around our new systems
  • Maintain and analyze our Medical and Rx pricing models utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Excel and PowerBI
  • Drive the direction of pricing strategy and operations through in-depth analyses to better ensure billing accuracy
  • Strategize and deliver solutions for the Finance organization to promote growth and address the evolving needs of our business
  • Partner with business unit stakeholders to define project scope and primary objectives based on business outcome expectations that will impact FP&A, Accounting and Claims Collections
  • Assist in the design and execution of training team members on how to use the operational tools
