Who you are

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Ability to influence and lead at all levels of the organization, with respectful behaviors, business acumen, smart risk-taking, emotional intelligence, strong collaboration
  • Resourceful, problem-solving attitude and good knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in an HR department, in a Digital Marketing Agency, CIPD level 5 is a plus
  • Good knowledge of employment laws in the UK
  • Experience building and cascading HR policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Creative, results-oriented, adept at balancing multiple priorities and issues

What the job involves

  • Recruitment - Responsible for talent recruitment, actively carrying out outreach for candidates, building and maintaining a pool of talents for future roles and leading the whole recruitment process, from screening CVs, communicating with candidates, maintaining files and documentation up to date in Factorial
  • Reporting on recruitment updates to the SMT and proactive communication to the team throughout the recruitment stages.
  • Take initiatives to improve the recruitment experience and candidates’ management throughout the whole recruitment process and marketing initiatives for recruitment
  • HR - Handle all the administrative tasks related to employees' and contractors' data, ensuring all documents and data are kept up-to-date, including contracts and other HR documentation and letters (probation letters, addendums, etc)
  • Contribute to new policies and processes training for the team
  • Looking after the whole onboarding process for new joiners, including organizing inductions with the team
  • Looking after the offboarding process, including exit interviews, updating internal systems and documentation
  • Payroll - Work closely with our external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs
  • Monitor and track team expenses and payments
  • Permanent & Full-time role, hybrid or remote

  • 3. Final interview to present your task to the HR Director and CEO (45 minutes video call)
