Role

Who you are

  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on direct response advertising on Meta
  • A self-starter with a flexible, can-do mindset, ideally with experience in a startup environment and a focus on the 80/20 rule
  • Experience working in an agency setting and/or managing campaigns for (fashion) brands is highly desirable
  • Automation experience: proven expertise with tools like Channable, Smartly and/or Hunch
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with incrementality testing
  • Demonstrated experience working with designers, including briefing and creative brainstorming
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for the broader organisation
  • A solid understanding of PPC, SEO and CRO principles is a strong plus

What the job involves

  • As a Senior Paid Social Manager at Otrium, you'll be a key player within our dynamic performance marketing team, driving our B2C growth across Europe
  • We are laser-focused on acquiring new customers and scaling our business through a variety of paid marketing channels, including Google, Meta, Criteo, TikTok and Pinterest
  • In this role, you will take full ownership of our paid social strategy, leading campaign execution and collaborating closely with our talented designers to create high-impact creatives that drive results
  • Your expertise will help us elevate our marketing efforts, optimise our performance and ensure Otrium remains top of mind for consumers across Europe
  • Lead Paid Social campaigns: from strategic planning to hands-on implementation and execution, you’ll manage campaigns across our European markets
  • Automation: utilise tools like Channable and Hunch to scale our efforts, including optimising product feeds and automating workflows
  • Testing & optimization: develop and manage an always-on "test & learn" framework, from hypothesis creation to data analysis and implementation of insights
  • Creative collaboration: work closely with our internal branding team to continuously produce and test new creative assets that adhere to industry best practices
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner with our internal teams to align marketing efforts with our broader marketing calendar and key promotional events

Our take

Otrium is part of a growing movement to address the tons of waste created by the fashion industry due to unsold goods. Otrium gives brands an online direct-to-consumer outlet store with full control over pricing, merchandising and visibility.

Otrium offers brands a number of key advantages compared to the old ways of dealing with excess inventory such as brick-and-mortar retail outlets. It provides control over price, inventory and a technology platform that gives brands real time data and analytics on how the items they are offering are selling. The site also gives brands an easy way to sell online without the effort involved in creating their own website, and can provide analytics showing how to price excess inventory to achieve sell-through.

To date, Otrium has over 300 brand partnerships with both up-and-coming designers and luxury names, such as Karl Lagerfeld, Joseph, Anine Bing, Belstaff, Reiss, and ASICS, and more than 3 million shopping members. However, it had to shut down US operations to refocus on Europe in a 2024 profitability push.
