Company mission

To connect digital experiences to the physical world with a location platform for every app, every device, and every developer.

Role

Who you are

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, specifically in SEO, paid search and paid social. Experience at a B2B SaaS company is a must
  • SEO expertise and proven track record of driving organic pipeline
  • Google Adwords certification
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate campaign messaging effectively, and build strong, productive relationships with vendors, and cross functional teams

What the job involves

  • Radar is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and success of high-impact digital marketing programs.
  • You’ll partner with our marketing & sales teams to execute impactful digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline
  • As our first Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying our SEO, PPC, paid social and ABM strategy to drive growth for Radar.
  • Lead digital marketing strategy and execution: build pipeline from digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to SEO, paid search, paid social and other digital/traditional channels
  • Own ongoing optimization efforts of all digital marketing campaigns, including daily budget monitoring, bid management, keyword research, and on-site conversion and keyword strategy based on performance history
  • Enhance our digital ABM strategy that drives top of funnel lead generation and accelerates existing pipeline
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to ensure KPIs are met
  • Develop and present actionable, data-backed recommendations and insights that inform changes that improve performance
  • You will report to our Vice President of Growth.

Our take

Radar connects digital experiences to the real world by supplying companies and brands with real time location data on their users. Developers integrate Radar into their apps and then create geofences around physical locations. These trigger notifications for users when they enter.

Unlike most of its competitors who monetise the data collected, Radar prices its platform based on the number of active users. It has attracted investors from a number of impressive funds including Accel. The platform itself was built with the highest form of privacy and security controls, at the same time educating users around building location-based experiences the right way.

At a time when privacy is paramount, this focus has propelled Radar's growth to dizzying heights, and the company has secured good levels of funding. This has been invested in scaling operations, expanding its team, improving platform capabilities and broadening its reach across key verticals.
