Role
Who you are
- A degree in UX design, HCI, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Product Designer to help us shape the future of R&D by creating intuitive, engaging, and innovative user experiences for the Cypris platform
- You will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that meet the needs of our diverse user base and helping us revolutionize the way companies leverage data and insights to drive innovation
- Design of user interfaces and experiences across our product, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand
- Work closely with our engineering team to understand project requirements and user needs, translating them into effective design solutions
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user pain points and inform design decisions
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing support throughout the development process
- Take an active role in defining and shaping the company's overall design strategy and vision

- From there, the interview process will vary by role. We typically do a longer call with one of our team members who can appropriately vet your skills & "speak your language" - on the engineering side, this might mean some technical questions, while on the sales side, we’ll ask you to build a quick presentation about yourself
- Finally, we’ll check over a few references. If you’re near one of our offices, we may give you the opportunity to meet in person.
