What the job involves
- The Executive Personal Assistant to the Chairman & CEO is a hybrid role that blends the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant (EA) with those of a Personal Assistant (PA). Reporting directly to the CEO, Founder, and Chairman of the Board, this individual will provide holistic support, managing both professional and personal aspects of the executive's life
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling
- Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Assist with project management, ensuring that business objectives are met and timelines are adhered to
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Support the CEO in preparing for meetings, including research, agenda setting, and follow-up tasks
- Organize and manage personal commitments, including those related to family, household, and social obligations
- Handle household financial management, including budgeting, bill payments, and financial planning
- Oversee household infrastructure needs, such as home maintenance, transportation, and pet care
- Assist with non-business related leadership roles and commitments, including involvement in non-profit organizations like Unite America
- Run personal errands as needed, which may require travel and physical activity
- Provide general administrative support in managing personal legal, tax, and financial matters
- Offer occasional childcare support during work hours, as necessary
