Our take

Businesses are constantly seeking new ways to understand trends, grow in new markets, and explore innovations. However 99% of the questions businesses would love to explore go unanswered

The steps required to launch a survey have typically been cumbersome. Attest have built a platform that is self-serve, and allows companies to ask targeted questions from a wide range of audiences

The traditional research market is worth $76 billion, and yet it only serves a fraction of those who would benefit from fast and reliable consumer insights

Attest is currently focused on larger customers such as Heineken, Boots, Samsung. They are also seeing demand from smaller players such as Monzo and Nutmeg, showing the size of the opportunity

Emily Meiklejohn (Talent Lead )

  • We actively embrace and value all perspectives and strive towards making our workplace diverse and our processes fair, equitable and free from bias.
  • At beginning of the hiring process, we ask candidates to complete a demographic survey to understand more about our talent pool, identifying if there are any trends as candidates progress through the process.
  • 'Discover insights’ is one of our company values and we continually review how our candidate attraction and hiring processes are working to understand if they can be further optimised and are as inclusive as they could be.
  • One of our core values is to 'Include Intentionally'. We want to ensure that you get the opportunity to shine at your interview so will ask if you need any reasonable adjustments.
  • Examples of reasonable adjustments could include, more time for a task, asking for captions to be switched on during a video interview or asking for your interview to take time at a particular time of day because you are fasting, need to pray, take medication, need to do the school run or eat at a certain time. This list is not exhaustive so please get in touch to discuss any adjustments that you may need.
  • We’ve adopted a hybrid working approach, where employees split their time between the office and their home / alternative place of work. You can find out how this works in practice by reviewing our Life at Attest Blog post: https://www.askattest.com/blog/life-at-attest/hybrid-and-flexible-working-at-attest
  • We have a wide range of benefits designed to meet the diverse needs of our employees. We review our benefits annually as we understand that people's preferences may change.
