If I have an idea it's openly discussed and talked about with all the members. I am then given the mean to pursue and test that idea. We are all seen as equals that have abilities to contribute in numerous way and so are supported to do so.

Everyone within the company is extremely friendly and there is a real focus on how we are doing as individuals as well as employees. I am dyslexic and they are supporting me with the process to get government support.

There is a real buzz to the team, everyone wants to be the best they can. There is a great ream atmosphere through the numerous socials and events that we do together. It create an incredible work environment to be in.

Due to the nature of the product, there are so many exciting problems to tackle on a daily basis. This could range from design issues to code structure. I truly enjoy what I do and there's never a dull moment. Also the team is very helpful when it comes to sharing knowledge as well as flexible in regards to what one wants to work on.

When I first joined Flux, there were some processes I introduced from my previous company. The team is very keen to learn from different perspectives and have high interest in improving both the product and company culture.

Everyone at Flux work together as one. We have a regular standup every morning to ensure all team members are on track. If someone get blocked, few other members will jump on that issue. The team is also the very friendly and accommodating.

When I joined Flux Outdoor I was looking to expand my programming skills and learn more about the company tech infrastructure and that was delivered. The CTO mentored me a lot with guides and know-how so I kept learning.

The passion that everyone applies to work is inspiring and contagious! There's a big challenge to disrupt the traditional way of delivering ads to billboards and it's great to see everyone's effort and with the right mentality to be on the bleeding edge of the technology.

Flux has a sophisticated tech stack which uses Vue JS on the front end instead of other popular JS frameworks. Using Vue JS has been extremely helpful because of how powerful it is and how intuitive it feels to use.
