Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to manipulate data in G-Suite and/or Excel using vlookup formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

What the job involves
- Deliver a high volume of transactional work with accuracy and timeliness, focusing on expense report processing
- Use expense software (Expensify) to extensively audit expenses, maintain user profiles, and provide analytical reports as needed
- Create journal entries related to expenses to import into our accounting GL software (Netsuite), and own related account reconciliations
- Monitor and manage Payroll mailboxes, and serve as point of contact for employee pay-related questions, providing superior customer service skills
- Research and resolve a variety of routing internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
- Create, lead, and/or participate in process improvement projects within Payroll and across the organization as appropriate
- Assist the Global Payroll Manager in processing payroll for employees across the globe, including calculations for new starters, terminations, etc
- Handle employee data and updates in our payroll system throughout the lifecycle of each employee
