Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Ability to manipulate data in G-Suite and/or Excel using vlookup formulas and pivot tables

What the job involves

  • Deliver a high volume of transactional work with accuracy and timeliness, focusing on expense report processing
  • Use expense software (Expensify) to extensively audit expenses, maintain user profiles, and provide analytical reports as needed
  • Create journal entries related to expenses to import into our accounting GL software (Netsuite), and own related account reconciliations
  • Monitor and manage Payroll mailboxes, and serve as point of contact for employee pay-related questions, providing superior customer service skills
  • Research and resolve a variety of routing internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
  • Create, lead, and/or participate in process improvement projects within Payroll and across the organization as appropriate
  • Assist the Global Payroll Manager in processing payroll for employees across the globe, including calculations for new starters, terminations, etc
  • Handle employee data and updates in our payroll system throughout the lifecycle of each employee
