• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of legal experience in transactional, product counseling, or related fields (in-house experience is a plus)
• Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiations
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management
• Knowledge of corporate governance, product development, and policy implementation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with and managing outside counsel and external subject matter experts

• As an Assistant General Counsel, you will support key legal functions, focusing on strategic aspects of the company including products, transactions, and compliance.
• You'll collaboratively work with teams including Business Development, Product, People Ops, and Marketing to help facilitate business-centric initiatives. Your role includes helping support product development, contract negotiations (both commercial and vendor engagements), and advising on compliance including product, privacy/AI, and People Ops

• Support Business Development and Product with deal negotiations and contract drafting, review, and implementation
