  • Have prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment

What the job involves

  • MikMak is looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to help manage our relationships with some of the world’s leading marketers
  • This position will be responsible for the deployment and education of MikMak’s solutions
  • By supporting the technical lifecycle of the customer base, the Customer Solutions Associate plays a critical role in educating customers on the platform and configuring the campaigns that lead to positive business results for our customers spanning CPG, Beauty, Apparel, and other consumer product categories
  • Will learn about our product to help guide clients on how to optimize their MikMak experiences for a seamless eCommerce experience. They will also service customers with care and professionalism
  • This role reports to the Manager of Customer Solutions
  • Coordinate with our clients and their media agencies to help plan and execute MikMak clients’ campaigns
  • Deliver clear and effective platform and processes training to MikMak clients
  • Create MikMak experiences on behalf of our clients, leveraging our internal platform to create landing pages that feature product videos / stills, product information, and the ability to check out from one of several online retailers. Ensure that outputs are delivered on-time, free of errors and responsive to clients’ requests
  • Review client's product assets - video and still assets - and share a point of view on optimal assets to incorporate in MikMak shoppable experiences
  • Create MikMak experiences on behalf of our clients, leveraging our internal platform to create landing pages that feature product videos / stills, product information, and the ability to check out from one of several online retailers. Ensure that outputs are delivered on-time, free of errors and responsive to clients' requests
  • Coordinate with our clients and their media agencies to help plan and execute MikMak clients' campaigns
  • Assess client media plans to ensure that they are accurately tagging campaign details in order to provide granular data in the MikMak Dashboard
  • Implement pixels on behalf of our clients in Google Tags Manager
  • Help improve the MikMak platform
  • Gain a deep familiarity with the MikMak platform, solving a wide range of client challenges through our proprietary software
  • Report platform bugs and work with Product/Engineering team on fixes; suggest improvements to our platform

MikMak provides digital marketing software that helps companies understand their consumers' online journey through analytics. Through its platform, users can track sales and optimize the shopability of their existing eCommerce marketplaces, as well as supercharge digital advertising.

The eCommerce landscape has developed massively in recent years, and MikMak faces a number of competitors, but the company has found much success in enabling eCommerce for the lesser-served grocery and alcohol industries. It has gained big-name clients such as Amazon, Target, and Walmart, and has raised significant investment for its expansion.

MikMak is now regarded as a leader in the eCommerce acceleration space, and in 2023 announced a definitive agreement to acquire Swaven. The combination of MikMak's existing platform with Swaven's own enablement and analytics software is cited to "pave the path towards MikMak 3.0", which the company claims will be the world’s most advanced eCommerce enablement and analytics platform to date.
