Who you are

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics (or a related field)
  • Superior excel and presentation building skills (building forecast and ROI models)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering and collaborating across
  • Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns and translate data into conclusions
  • Ability to work with Python, R, or SQL a plus

What the job involves

  • Reporting to the Associate Director, FP&A, the Financial Analyst Intern will play a crucial role in shaping the FP&A organization and our processes as we scale!
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a Finance undergrad to work cross functionally across the entire organization, gain leadership exposure, and help drive strategic decisions
  • The role will be pivotal to the future of the finance organization as it helps define the processes for forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis
  • Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long range planning process for operating expenses and headcount
  • Support company BVA process; comparing financial forecasts to actual performance at the vendor level and draw actionable insights
  • Serve as a business partner by improving business operations and processes with a focus on maturing our business practices
  • Create detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives
  • Prepare & evolve weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to be utilized in management meetings for functions

Additionally, existing support systems are usually generalized, failing to deliver the personalized mental healthcare that individuals need.
