What the job involves
- Duration: 6 months
- As a talent acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes within the organization
- You will be responsible for assisting in sourcing, screening, and attracting top-tier candidates to meet the staffing needs of the company
- Learn to utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, interests, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Learn to provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain clear and open communication with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Learn to assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to the recruitment process
