Who you are

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support role
- In-depth understanding of office management and the intricacies of scheduling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with office software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Executive Assistant to support a few members of our leadership team
- In this role, you'll play an instrumental part in enabling our leaders to achieve their goals by streamlining their daily operational tasks
- Scheduling Assistance:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, including setting up, confirming, or rearranging appointments as necessary
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion
- Liaise with other executives, internal teams, and external contacts to streamline scheduling
- Travel Booking & Arrangements:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage and process expense reports related to travels
- Team Scheduling & Event Planning:
- Coordinate team meetings, offsites, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled and team members are informed
- Assist in the preparation and organization of team-building events or departmental functions
- Collaborate with other departments or teams as necessary to ensure seamless event planning
