Role

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or sales analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or B2C environment
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot and experience with sales automation tools
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills with proficiency in using tools like Excel, BI platforms, or other analytics software
  • Proven experience in optimising and automating sales processes to improve productivity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify challenges, assess impact, and implement practical, data-driven solutions
  • Meticulous with data entry, reporting accuracy, and adherence to processes

What the job involves

  • Process Optimisation: Evaluate, design, and improve sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the department
  • Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks and optimise the sales workflow using CRM tools and other relevant software
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the acquisition managers to ensure that the sales teams have access to the training and resources that they need, as well as designing and optimising systems to aid personal development
  • CRM Management: Oversee the management and optimisation of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and implementing features that enhance usability for the sales team
  • Data Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on sales data, performance metrics, and key trends to support data-driven decision-making. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to ensure accurate and timely business insights
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on sales-related initiatives
  • Tool Integration: Assess, implement, and manage new tools and technologies to support sales automation and operational efficiency
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on process improvements, CRM functionality, and new tools to increase adoption and productivity
