Who you are

  • This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on leadership
  • BA or MS degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in website management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven expertise in leading web strategy and SEO functions, with a solid understanding of both development operations and SEO best practices. Hands-on web development experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or AEM; AEM migration experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes through strategic web initiatives
  • Extensive experience with technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Google Analytics (or similar tools)
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue-related performance improvements through website optimization, including conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing
  • Expertise in leveraging websites to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics, data-driven decision-making, and reporting
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing global teams

  • SentinelOne is seeking a Head of Web Marketing and SEO to lead our web and SEO strategy and execution
  • You will oversee both development operations and SEO functions, ensuring our website not only represents our brand effectively but also drives measurable business outcomes
  • Website Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end strategy for our website, focusing on maximizing business outcomes across segments
  • Prioritize initiatives that accelerate growth for both new and existing customers
  • Oversee the product management of the web and manage a roadmap using product development techniques including: minimum viable product, validated learning, story points
  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances our online presence
  • Lead a team of SEO strategists to execute on multiple SEO projects on our SEO roadmap
  • Drive alignment between paid and organic search efforts
  • Web Development Operations: Oversee all web dev initiatives related to the website and lead a team of developers to ensure quality engineering and assurance practices are followed
  • Website Performance: Constantly drive the improvement of website performance and optimize the customer journey through data-driven testing
  • User Experience: Enhance the user experience by implementing best practices in usability and ensuring the website meets the evolving needs of users

Cybercriminals are now leveraging the power of automation to make the current threat landscape too advanced for a lot of legacy antivirus software. SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation, with machine learning-focused software that is built to help businesses battle online attacks.

The company expanded the scope of its business from the endpoint security market to three markets valued at a combined $30 billion, including the corporate endpoint security and IT operations management markets. This gives SentinelOne a bigger potential customer base, although also puts them in direct competition with more focused cybersecurity companies, in addition to its biggest competitor, CrowdStrike.

When the company went public, it made financial headlines as the highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever, which gave SentinelOne a market cap of $10B, though it's now fallen to around $4B. It has subsequently launched S Ventures, a $100M fund, through which SentinelOne invests in cybersecurity startups and has expanded its partnership with major tax firm KPMG to accelerate cyber investigations and responses to threats.
