• An undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date between either December 2026 or May/June 2027
• Cumulative GPA is 3.5 or above
• Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations

• Our Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program, beginning in June 2026, provides comprehensive training and an introduction to Santander CIB and its capabilities
• You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your development during the Internship
• This 2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program is for undergraduate students in a four-year program who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027

• For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week
