Role

Who you are

  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing sales environment and is looking to take the next step in their career
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, ideally in digital commerce or SaaS
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience prospecting and opening doors within Enterprise level organizations
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus

What the job involves

  • As an Account Executive, Client Growth, you will support and grow a portfolio of clients across Flywheel Digital’s suite of solutions
  • Your role will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and contributing to revenue growth
  • Open new doors in the EMEA market across Flywheel’s Enterprise book of business, increasing market penetration
  • Support senior sales leaders in driving new opportunities and executing a structured sales process
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Work collaboratively with Client Services and Marketing to develop case studies, campaigns, workshops and other prospecting collateral
  • Represent Flywheel at local industry events
  • Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client KPIs and business goals
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and Flywheel’s product offerings

  • We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call
  • Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role
