Who you are
- 1-3 years experience in an analyst, research, engineering or growth marketing role
- Interested in growth marketing in SaaS/software. You’re deeply invested in personal and professional growth
- Strong analytical and statistical skills. Can accurately communicate the story that data is telling
- Learns quickly and enjoys developing new skills autonomously
- Excited about solving tough problems no one else has solved. Aggressive goals don’t scare you, they excite you
- Strong technical and analytical skills with practical experience with SQL and working knowledge of Python
- General understanding of growth marketing
- Understanding or experience designing A/B tests or other statistical experiments
- General understanding of SaaS KPIs such as LTV, CAC, payback period, etc
What the job involves
- Range is hiring a marketing data analyst to join the growth marketing team
- In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of how to launch and optimize various marketing channels while honing your technical and analytical skills
- You’ll be joining a small but mighty team and will begin contributing to Range’s rapid growth from day 1
- Here are some examples of projects you might work on:
- Building and launching marketing campaigns after developing new insights from an audience segmentation analysis
- Building a data pipeline to pull marketing data from a third party source. Then transform that data into a dashboard you’ll present to the company
- Develop a model to predict user behavior and then apply that model to marketing campaigns to optimize performance
