Who you are
- You have a design portfolio that demonstrates vision, innovation and story-telling skills
- You have proven experience building excellent consumer products. Strong proven experience knowledge is a huge plus!
- You have experience designing crypto products for consumer-facing products in house
- You bring a strong understanding of design systems, how to apply them, and how to contribute to them
- You have the ability to design with a lot of product complexity
- You're an expert in Figma

What the job involves
- The Crypto Trading team’s mission is to craft, build, and maintain services that power and accelerate our crypto products, platforms, and operations, with the goal of building the world’s best crypto trading platform
- As a Product Designer, you will have a highly visible and impactful role at a relatively small company directly building the core crypto trading product that supports our mobile and web applications
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle including multiple product launches for the crypto team
- Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
- Create compelling and memorable product designs
- Partner closely with leadership, engineering, product, and business teams
- Lead cross-functional idea generation sessions and brainstorms
- Effectively “sell” design solutions to partners through design storytelling and by demonstrating trace-ability in the design thinking
- Balance both the customer experience and Robinhood outcomes, designing with responsibility
