Who you are

  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in strategic selling and value selling, particularly in the enterprise sales sector, working with strategic accounts
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading high-performing sales teams

  • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools like Salesforce and MEDDPICC
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales initiatives

What the job involves

  • This position reports to our VP of Account Management EMEA and will manage a team of Strategic Account Managers based out of Germany, UK, France and the Netherlands
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on strategic accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Utilize strategic selling and value selling methodologies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Identify and cultivate relationships up to C-Level with key enterprise clients, understanding their unique business challenges and objectives
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our company´s SaaS solution, articulating how they can address specific client needs and deliver tangible business outcomes
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in existing and emerging markets
  • Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback and coaching
