C++ Internship, Cboe

• Undertaking a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience of programming in C++ (or another C like language)
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Familiarity with Linux, SQL and knowledge of basic Linux system administration tasks
• Strong critical thinking, communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious, motivated, not afraid to try new tasks and high personal integrity
• Not afraid to get stuck into tasks you’ve never done
• Able to commute to London office location regularly (hybrid work schedule)

• This is an excellent opportunity for an intern to gain insight into what it takes to operate a large, complex platform reliably and efficiently
• Develop high quality C++ software in accordance with Cboe software engineering processes
• Be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with team members to solve technical challenges
• Participate in team ceremonies such as our stand-up, planning and operations meeting
