• Master’s degree in business law
• Ability to deal with many projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with all business and departments

• This new position reports to the Global Head of Legal based in Paris
• Contracts: You will assist in the review and negotiation process of the contracts:
• NDAs
• Commercial agreements: Adserving and RTB, addendum
• Supplier Contracts
• You will be involved in auditing signed contract to create a smart mapping of company contract base
• Corporate : You will assist with shares transfer, keeping corporate registers up to date, drafting POA, monitoring of companies’ mergers, subsidiaries’ implementation
• Data Privacy: You will assist within internal registers update, reviewing data processing agreements, update and duplicate contract template and/or guidelines
• Legal monitoring and research. You will be responsible to provide on regular basis legal updates and memo on new regulations, case law, contract, privacy and related laws
