• Proven experience (5+ years ideally) in product design with a strong emphasis in the transaction, payment field or financial services using human insights to guide your work
• High proficiency in Figma, with expertise in its best practices for designing and implementing design systems
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging human insights and data to inform and drive your design decisions
• Capacity to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes and knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail or when to make low-fi sketchesDeep understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.A deep knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility without compromising on aesthetics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts and rationale to non designers
