Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have had experience in a customer facing role & in developing integrations with various tools via APIs and a keen interest in exploring new technologies and platforms
- 2+ years of experience using Javascript or Typescript
- 2+ years experience in a solutions engineer, technical account manager or similar client-facing technical role
- Experience interacting with APIs
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
What the job involves
- As an Solutions Engineer at StackOne, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of our platform's capabilities
- You will work to understand our customer’s unique needs and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to add support for new integrations within the StackOne unified API
- This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, enabling seamless connections between the diverse range of tools and services that power today's SaaS ecosystem
- Help scope & gather requirements to understand customers’ integration needs
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop new integrations and capabilities for the StackOne unified API
- Research and explore various tools and platforms to identify opportunities for expanding StackOne's integration capabilities
- Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing integrations
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the on-boarding process and beyond, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Contribute to the development of integration-related documentation, guidelines, and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the API and integration space
