Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.+3 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical sales, or Product management roles
  • Strong technical background with a special focus on RESTful API and capability to exploit logs and strong understanding of the e-mail marketing sector
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and consult with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges

What the job involves

  • The Solutions Engineer role merges expertise in product knowledge with crucial involvement in the sales and customer integration phases
  • You will support our sales team by leading technical presentations and product demonstrations, while ensuring our solutions align with the prospects' requirements
  • Beyond the sales phase, the role extends to guiding customers through the integration process with Brevo, emphasizing dedicated support to help clients achieve their business objectives
  • This position demands a balance of technical acumen and customer engagement skills
  • Define, customize and execute implementation plans with key deliverables and project milestones with the CSM/PM and Deliverability experts
  • Define and execute implementation plans, ensuring optimal setup and usage of product features, including API integrations
  • Work closely with the CSM team & Technical teams (Product, Engineering, and Customer Care) to keep on optimizing the implementation process
  • Address technical questions from customers, offering accurate and comprehensive information to foster confidence in our solutions
  • Create compelling technical proposals that highlight the unique advantages and value proposition of our products
  • Proactively test, troubleshoot, and monitor client setups during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and the revenue department, and provide technical guidance during product installation and customization
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments, and facilitate the integration of customer feedback into product development, enhancing product relevance and competitiveness
