  • Your role involves refining our sales processes and supporting our sales team's expansion
  • Sales Operations Management
  • Develop and implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Manage the deployment, integration, and optimization of sales tools such as Salesforce, Boostup, and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Accounts Management, Finance, etc., to ensure seamless integration of sales operations
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes using data-driven solutions
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting
  • Design and implement comprehensive sales reporting and analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights to leadership and sales teams
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, forecasting models, and performance metrics to track progress against goals
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to interpret data, identify key performance drivers, and develop strategic recommendations

  • Partner with sales leaders to design and deliver training programs, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to succeed
