Role
Who you are
- 3 years (or more!) experience within a similar role from the translation and localization industry
- Highly motivated and results driven
- Ability to sell solutions in the enterprise space
What the job involves
- The role will work with the regional sales team, solutions, product, and other members of the operational and business development teams.
- The purpose of this role is to generate and manage a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and regional business plans
- This will be achieved through working with the marketing and business development team to interpret their data and follow through with client engagement and subsequent action plans to create opportunities.
- The business development manager will expand on their existing network of contacts to sustainably grow the business in line with sector/geographical targets. The primary focus is on the Enterprise sector in North America
- Proactively and creatively seek new business opportunities
- Skillfully presenting our company to potential customers
- Building lasting relationships with key decision makers at companies with 1000+ employees
- Sourcing net new logos and building out our Salesforce database
- Nurturing full sales pipeline and process
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Being a trusted and knowledgeable advisor for our customers
