Who you are

  • We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor (working from home) with a passion for amazing customer service and an exceptional telephone manner to join our Customer Operations Team
  • Proven experience working as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skill
  • Efficient administrative skills
  • Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
  • A proactive attitude, and enthusiastic
  • 1 year experience in the contact centre environment

What the job involves

  • This role is a temporary contract with the possibility of going permanent
  • Answering inbound and making outbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Giving every customer the best possible experience when they call in
  • Dealing with vulnerable customers and answering all enquiries with care
  • Entering accurate records of customer conversations into the customer platform
  • Following processes and guidelines that fall in line with company and FCA regulations
  • Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises
  • Achieving personal and team targets in a contact centre environment
  • Staying up to date regarding a company’s products, services and policies
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in a company’s customer relationship management
  • We offer a working shift pattern of 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm
  • We’re looking for people that will get stuck in and make a difference

Though Salary Finance faces significant competition from other startups like Neyber and Wagestream, that are also attempting to fix the "payday problem", few have been able to effectively provide as impressive a range of options as this startup. There is every reason to assume the company will build on its past success, and forge a path into a favourable future.
