What the job involves
- The Intelligent Utilities team is looking for a BI Visualization Team Lead to develop the new generation of reporting dashboards, which will be the customer-facing functionality of Gentrack’s new data lake
- Provide leadership and technical support to the BI Visualisation team
- Support the R&D build of the Analytics and Machine Learning product suite for Gentrack
- Design and deliver a great portfolio of dashboards across multiple analytics product lines
- Collaborate with client design partners and internal industry experts to drive innovative use cases, gain
- Useful feedback, and optimise visualization
- Work with Architects and ETL developers to optimise visualisation performance and architecture
- Support client delivery with custom visualization outputs
- Ownership of the support model and 3rd (last) line support for clients on visualization layer
